1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the nbbaji website and all services associated with it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and the nbbaji platform.

By accessing our website, completing registration, or using any of our services, you are giving your full consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

nbbaji operates an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. Although these Terms are prepared in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative for Bangladeshi users.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on nbbaji, you must meet the following conditions:

• Each person may register only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account.

3 Age and Eligibility

nbbaji is strictly for users aged 21 and above only. Access to and use of this platform by minors is completely prohibited.

• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
• nbbaji may request a government-issued identity document (national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate) at any time to verify age.
• The withdrawal process may be held until age verification is complete.
• If there is any suspicion that a minor is operating an account, nbbaji reserves the right to close that account immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to transactions on nbbaji:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please notify our support team.
• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal timeframe: generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• If fraud is suspected, nbbaji reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

nbbaji offers bonuses and promotional offers for users from time to time. The terms for receiving and using bonuses are as follows:

Welcome Bonus:

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳6,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, wagering requirements, and restrictions. Please read the details of each offer.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or abuse will result in cancellation.
• nbbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, nbbaji's decision is final.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when conducting betting and gaming activities on nbbaji:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• nbbaji reserves the right to correct any erroneous results caused by technical faults at its own discretion.
• The outcome of any game is determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer and is impartial.
• nbbaji is not responsible for losses caused by loss of internet connection.
• Sports Betting: if a match is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• Betting odds for cricket, football, and other events may change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• In accordance with our fair play policy, any suspicious betting pattern will be subject to investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Any attempt at fraud, cheating, or system exploitation.
• Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Betting or gaming using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results or odds.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or colluding with professional betting syndicates.
• Disrespectful or threatening behavior toward our support team.
• Collecting personal information of other users or phishing.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

nbbaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Request from law enforcement authorities.
• Security concerns or risk of account compromise.

Users may also close their account voluntarily. In that case, please contact our support team via live chat. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.

9 Privacy and Security

nbbaji gives the highest priority to the protection of your personal information:
